This upstairs studio apartment provides guests with the ultimate experience of downtown living. You will find updated modern amenities to make your stay in our charming hometown a time to remember. You'll be within steps of numerous shops and restaurants, and only 22 miles from Charleston or your pick of our many islands & beaches that dot the Lowcountry. Guests will be immersed in our beautiful and quaint downtown. Guests will enter the studio through the front door, where stairs will lead them to their upstairs space. The Studio consists of a one-bedroom & bathroom space. The bedroom and living room are combined into a studio-style space. A full bathroom and small kitchenette complete the space for guests to enjoy their stay. The studio can sleep four guests. Two guests in the king-size bed and two guests in the queen-size Murphy bed. Due to the layout of the space, we ask for all children to be 12+ to stay with us. The kitchenette consists of a mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave. Disposable dishes and cutlery are provided to start your stay.
