I recently stayed at JD’s property, expecting a premium experience for the $3,000 we paid for two nights (Ironman weekend) Unfortunately, our stay was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we discovered that the refrigerator and dishwasher were broken, which were crucial for our stay. Additionally, the floors were dirty, our socks quickly became soiled, and the fans and light fixtures were covered in dust. The towels provided were rough and had hair in them, and several mattresses were almost unusable. To top it off, the microwave door handle was broken. We communicated these issues to JD, but the response did not adequately address our concerns. While a $120 refund was issued for a double cleaning charge, we received no compensation for the poor condition, discomfort or broken appliances we experienced. Given the high price, we expected a much higher standard. We hope that these issues are resolved for future guests, but based on our stay, we cannot recommend this property.
