The hosts are super friendly and understanding. I like the guest house. It's nice and private. The neighborhood is nice and safe. It's a great place to stay for visiting Sarasota. It's super close to downtown. I had a great time.

Very friendly and did a walkthrough with me at check in which I’ve never had. Peaceful backyard and her father friendly as well

Iri was fabulous! She responded to every request and helped in every way she could. She went above and beyond helping my Uncle, who is in his 80s, visiting the 1st time from Eroupe, with no family or friends to rely on. Even when he mistakenly left his luggage behind she was quick to offer to help get it back to him. Thank you Iri 🤗

Such a beautiful place! Traveled alone for doctor appointments. I was greeted a few times by the hosts father who was the sweetest person ever! My stay was so peaceful and relaxing! Everything was very clean and I felt right at home! The only downside was the smell of the AMAZING COOKING! A few times I felt like knocking on the door for what ever they were having! Haha 😂 I will definitely rebook in the future. Such a safe place to stay for someone traveling alone! Thank you again!
