Upon entering the house, the majestic entrance recalls the designs of the architect R. Stern. The house beams with interesting art, art objects, and books. RedStone has a superb sense of place and offers unparalleled views. A few things can make guests’ stay more comfortable. Most importantly, more diligent cleaning and attention to the areas on the main floor (e.g. toilets, kitchen appliances). We had to clean each of these ourselves. Some additional provisions like facial tissues, napkins, placemats and additional hand towels will help. Medium, or soft support pillows, perhaps down –will make for a comfortable sleep. The primary bedroom suite is amazing in design and surrounding views that in order to experience its spirit a few more days, we were willing to bathe in muddy water and endure 81F heat as a result of a terrible storm and system breakdowns. The house’s location although challenging to access is memorable and uplifting; its solitude rejuvenating.

It was magnificent. We were all able to unwind and truly relax. Our host was incredible and so quick to answer our many questions during the holiday weekend. I cannot recommend the place and the hosts more. We will definitely be back!

Really an amazing house in a fantastic spot, couldn't have imagined anything nicer! This is the house that you would oggle at driving by, and you can stay there; this is a 'dream' house.
