Large double height windows span both floors, and a wooden staircase leads you up to the sociable first floor open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and a traditional AGA converted to be electric. In the sitting area, a wood burning stove takes pride of place, and invites you to relax on the comfortable sofas for a cosy evening watching a movie on the Sky television with Sonos surround sound bar. A corner workstation, stocked bookshelves and a selection of family board games complete the living area. The property has an electric air source heat pump fitted to promote its low carbon footprint. To the rear of the property, you can enjoy long afternoons sitting in the sheltered sun trap garden, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, a parasol, fire pit and charcoal barbecue.
