We had a group of 11 and we all loved the place! Great spot, very clean and felt like home. Zachary was extremely helpful and responded quickly and gave suggestions for the area. We all were saying we have to book this place next time we are here! Great experience, will be staying here again!

We really enjoyed Zachary’s updated Victorian home. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of multiple waterfalls and trails, and a short drive to Watkins Glen. Zachary was also very responsive and a great host. Will definitely be back for another fun summer stay.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and welcoming, we had ample space, we loved the lovely porch, and enjoyed being able to hear the waterfall! It was also lovely being able to walk over to the falls and to the Main Street and the shops and cafe!

The place is perfect for my whole family, 11 of us and feels like we had enough space . The beds, sheets and convertible beds are comfortable. I am “sensory sensitive” and usually bring my own sheets and pillow case.. i did not feel I needed it. The house is beautiful, the covered patio is perfect for coffee and Alfresco breakfast . The details of the house gives it a character.. I will definitely stay here again.
