Welcome to our charming 3 bed, 2 bath cottage 10 mins away from Downtown Seattle! Relax in this cozy retreat featuring 2 plush queen beds and 1 full bed that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Unwind in the tastefully decorated bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) all on the same floor, with a backyard perfect for unwinding with the group! Located in a vibrant neighborhood, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Discover the beauty of Seattle from this lovely cottage! This charming 3 bedroom 1000sq. ft craftsman cottage comes with 2 full baths, a spacious kitchen and a private backyard. This house is just 2 blocks away from the Mt Baker Light Rail station, providing convenient access to one of Seattle's growing urban villages. The 2 bedrooms each have a plush queen bed and a bedroom with a full bed with a living room featuring a cozy sectional couch perfect for movies and groups. The living room offers smart TV (free Netflix, please note no cable TV). Our kitchen is fully stocked with bowls, plates, pots, pans and utensils, as well as coffee/tea. (Portable AC available upon request, we will set it up same day upon request if needed on occasional warm days!) Layout of our home! 1st floor: - Bedroom #1: Queen bed - Bedroom #2: Queen bed - Bedroom #3: Full bed - Full kitchen stocked with utensils, an oven, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator - Private backyard - Livingroom TV - Washer and dryer available in case you spill something on your clothes **Please note that there is no basement access!

Very clean and organized place, the inside was great just like the pictures looked like. 10 minutes from downtown, Lumen field and stores by. Very easy to check in and check out, host was very friendly and very helpful and fast responsive to any questions. The parking was the only thing we had some issues with other than that it was great. The location and the size for the price was well worth it I would definitely recommend it, And or use it again myself. Thank you very much.
We had a wonearful stay at Sherry's place. Very convenient location for our work at the VA and close to many nice restaurants, breweries, and more. Amenities as described, comfy beds.
We rented Sherry’s house for our annual Seahawks vs 49ers family rivalry game. The house was cute and big enough for us to hangout and chill in, without feeling we were on top of each other. There were plenty of blankets and extra towels if needed. The house was close to restaurants and bars. I would stay here again! Also, thanks for stocking the house with K-cups and creamer.
great house for a family trip. Very easy location for taking public transit or if you have a car. We really enjoyed our trip.
We had a good stay at Sherry's. They were proactive with a potential maintenance issue and clearly communicated the potential disruption and had a backup plan; our trip was not impacted at all, but I appreciated that there was a plan in case it was. Overall, the space was clean and easy to access. Having access to a washer/dryer for a longer trip was great and the amenities of Columbia City were easy to access.
