This remarkable house offers an idyllic getaway for those seeking relaxation, adventure, and memorable moments with family and friends. As you step inside you will be greeted by a cozy living room with a beautiful fireplace. The spacious kitchen will have everyone gathered around the table to enjoy a delicious meal. Enjoy a quiet evening outdoor by the fire pit and barbecue area. BARREL SAUNA AND 7 SEATS JACUZZI COMING THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY! Welcome to our home, we spent the last 2 years putting our heart and effort into creating it while choosing the best materials and design choices to create the house we dreamed of. As you enter our property you will be surrounded by tall trees that offer a forest like feel and provide shade and privacy. The scenery will fill you with peace and harmony as you enjoy the fresh outdoor air and even spot some deer. In beginning of may 2024 we are adding a barrel sauna to boost your relaxation and make your trip feel even more like a vacation! This is a spacious 5 bedroom home with a living room, a loft area and outdoor accommodations. The house accommodates up to 20 guests. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor and has attached bathroom. There is a second bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. There is one fu bathroom next to this room. But not attached. The third bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed. The full bathroom is next to it but not attached. The fourth bedroom is upstairs features 2 bunk beds with full sized mattresses. This bedroom has an attached bathroom. The fifth bedroom is upstairs, has 2 king beds and attached bathroom. This beautiful home offers a large kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils. If you love to cook there are pots and pans ready for you to showcase your Gordon Ramsay skills. The outdoor patio has a large table that seats 12. You can enjoy a good meal on the barbecue or roast marshmallows by the fire pit or relax your mind by playing pin pong or other fun outdoor activities. For security purposes our front door is equipped with a ring doorbell.

This place was great for our group getaway! The kitchen was beautiful and was spacious enough for us all to eat and move around in. The rooms and bathroom accommodated all 4 couples and their kids extremely well! The outdoor space was amazing. And the location is perfect-secluded, but so close to town! Would definitely stay again!
We were a family group of 8 adults staying for 3 nights in her beautiful home in April. Everything was nice and perfect. Just wished there were more kitchen utensils and the water pressure upstairs for the showers was stronger. Overall, it was a great place for family gatherings. Emanuela was very responsive and helpful. Her home was beautifully designed and built. We love it and hope to be back some day.

This was the perfect home for your group of 9 adults and 6 kids. The home fit us all so comfortably! The pictures do this house no justice. This house had everything you could think of. From a drawer in the kitchen with toddler utensils and dishwater to toys for the toddler as well. All the pots and pans you could need, private lot that you feel outside of population, 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths was amazing, outdoor activities for adults and kids. The aesthetic of the house was spectacular. I could go on and on of how please we were with this house.

You can walk to our neighborhood restaurant that is only a 3 minutes walk.
Six flags is only 20 minutes away and Seaworld is 35 minutes. You can enjoy a day trip in the peach city, Fredericksburg that is 30 minutes away.
Parking is great, there is plenty of parking on the Main Street or in the side streets.
