Very nice aesthetic and cozy. It’s in a quiet, safe area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Not too far from the beach or OSJ and La Placita. I highly recommend.

Located in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood, VERDE offered all the conveniences we could ask for, with fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and bars just steps away. What made this stay truly special for us was the meticulous attention to detail in the interior design. Every corner of the space was thoughtfully curated, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that truly enhanced our experience. Logistically, Stephan and Roy provided an easy check-in experience and a comprehensive guide of things to do in the area. Additionally, we were able to enjoy the amenities of their additional property minutes away. Being our last morning in San Juan, we were able to relax and enjoy a free morning coffee in their luscious garden ahead of our flight. If you're a design enthusiast looking for a truly magical experience in Santurce, look no further than this Airbnb. It exceeded all our expectations and left us longing to return. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this place for a quick weekend trip. Location was good. The space was perfect and very clean. Really loved the décor of the unit. The host was very responsive as well. Only issue we had was how loud the other tenants were during our stay but nothing the host could have done. Would book again..

Staying at Verde by DW in San Juan was an absolute dream come true for our group of five adults and two kids. I rented three out of the four units, so we felt like we had our own little sanctuary in the heart of the city. Each day, we were greeted by the soothing comfort of the outdoor shower/bath and the cozy embrace of our beds at night. One highlight of our stay was walking to the other property Dream Catcher twice for breakfast. The team there was absolutely incredible – genuinely warm and hospitableand the food as absolutely mouthwatering! Whether we were out exploring San Juan's vibrant streets or lounging on the nearby beaches just a few munited away, returning to Verde by DW always felt like coming home. The Andy Warhol room and other art pieces added an extra layer of charm to our stay, making it truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we would rent again in a heartbeat. Verde by DW surpassed all expectations and provided us with memories we'll cherish forever.
