Our Homeowners Association (HOA) has implemented a comprehensive Ring Camera System with audio and video recording capabilities throughout the entire outside of the building, covering parking, under the building and the front patio areas. These cameras are continuously monitored to enhance security and safety. Ring Door Alarms, equipped with audio and video recording features, are installed at both the front and rear entrances of each unit.
