This was our 2nd time renting this location for a weekend getaway for my stay at home husband. The location is fantastic for him to grab food and drink or walk by the river. This last trip there was a huge market set up across the street which kept the whole area buzzing with activity. We had a situation come up where we needed to extend our stay by an additional night quite urgently. Both Jared and Dustin were quick to respond and communicate promptly and kindly through the procedural hurdles needed. We are endlessly grateful for their kindness! I highly recommend this location!

This space is in the heart of downtown. Great places to eat, shops and close to the river. No issues with finding parking. Very attentive when I ran into a few hiccups.

We visited for the eclipse and found the location to be perfect! Exactly as described in the listing, and I loved that you could see the barges going up/down the Mississippi Rive! The hosts were great and immediately responsive to our needs (dead batteries in the remote). The location is very close to several restaurants/pubs in the evenings, but not much around for morning coffee or breakfast because the few stores that are there are all closed on Monday, so just be prepared for that. Also, if you aren't used to living close to a busy area at night, the traffic noises made it difficult for us to sleep. But, the bed was super comfy! :-)
