Eric's property was beautiful and the neighborhood and street was gorgeous! Eric was so prompt to respond to my questions and he was so accommodating! We felt right at home and made our trip to KC for our daughter's masters graduation one to remember!!! We would love to stay at another property of Eric's in the future! Thank you so much!

We rented Eric's place for our son and his family, who were visiting from out of State. The house is very close to the Prairie Village Shopping Center, home to outstanding KC destination restaurants. The house is also close to the many parks and playgrounds in Prairie Village, which was perfect for the little kids. Eric and his crew were very responsive to any question we had during the stay. The house and yard were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with functional appliances and kitchen tools. The beds are comfortable. We will use the house again whenever we have guests in town.

We loved staying here! The house is perfect and located in cutest neighborhood that is centrally located in KC. Eric is a fantastic host. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in town!

We loved staying at this gorgeous and accommodating house! If you like window seats and beautiful blue and white decor- this place is for you. Eric was funny and quick to respond and very helpful. The shops were literally a walk away and a joy to be at!
