Quiet residential area. Close to the beach and the golf course. Just 5-minute drive from the city center of Marbella or 25 min by foot through the beautiful coastal walk ( senda literal ).
To get around you have several options:
1) Bicycle, by the promenade it takes 20 minutes to Marbella center. If you need help to rent a bike we will be happy to help you.
2) Walking, it is 3 km along the promenade from the center of Marbella with a very nice promenade overlooking the sea, you also have the golf course and the beach just 6 minutes walk. On the beach you can rent paddle surf boards or enjoy a nice meal at the Trocadero Arena restaurant.
3) The other option is to travel by bus, the nearest bus stop is a 6 minute walk away.
4) You can also move by car, you have a parking area at the door of the house and a covered garage within the urbanization.
5) Local cab, Uber, Cabify or Bolt.
