Convenient location. Pool area very nice. Could use a couple more lounge chairs and umbrellas. Not much shade. Owner’s VERY quick to respond to questions and the occasional text to see if very thing was ok or reminders was very nice. Grandkids loved the welcome snacks.

We had an amazing stay! The home is perfectly located near restaurants, shopping and the beach is just 10 mins away! We loved the house, the pool and the area. We will be back!

Had a great stay at Eugene and Okcai’s house. location was a short drive to downtown Venice and the beach where there were lots of shops and restaurants and things to do. The patio and pool area was huge and a great place to hang out with the kids. The horse were super helpful and communicated quickly with anything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was perfect for our group. Eugene and Okcsi’s attention to detail starts before you ever arrive at the property. Their communication is so seamless that you can start enjoying your vacation immediately! Once we entered the house was spotless and they even left snacks and Prosecco for us to enjoy! The pool and outside area is amazing! It’s like having your own private oasis. The girls enjoyed swimming in the pool, and we enjoyed lounging. It is in a perfect location close to the beach and great restaurants. We were there for a horse show at Fox Lea farm and it was only 5 minutes from the farm. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook dinner at home when we didn’t want to go out. This home really is a perfect getaway and you will not be disappointed!

The house is bit older than I expected based on the photos. It has a very nice pool and outside area and is in a nice neighborhood. The hosts left us very nice snacks and a bottle of champaign, that we enjoyed. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes and everything needed to prepare meals. A grocery store is very close and it was about a 10min drive to the beach.
