Kegan’s house worked out perfect for a month-long stay. It’s located on a nice and safe neighborhood on a golf course. He got us an access to use amenities at the golf club house including tennis, pickleball, and pool. When we visit Surprise again, his house would be our first pick. We appreciated his prompt communications as well, thank you.

Kegan had an awesome place! Was super communicative and responsive. It’s a beautiful home on the fairway of a really nice course. I could see this working for a short term or long term stay. The neighbors were nice and the view of the sunset is incredible!

I had an incredible 4 month stay at this Airbnb! The location on the golf course was stunning, and I loved spending time in the backyard. The neighbors were friendly, and I believe it was the perfect spot for a long stay. Kegan was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, no matter the circumstance. If given another opportunity I would not hesitate to rebook. Highly recommend this home!
