This is my second year staying here. absolutely love the location easy access to downtown and Baylor University. I love the quietness of the neighborhood. The amenities in the home are perfect. Looking forward to staying another time when I’m in Waco.

The location was close to the university and the silos that we came to visit. The house was very clean and had big comfy beds. We even sat out on the back patio and enjoyed our coffee. James was quick to answer questions and was very flexible. We will definitely stay here again.

The cottage is in a great location, close to Baylor and all the sights downtown. James is incredibly friendly, and was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would definitely stay here again.
