这个房子有个漂亮的泳池花园，闲暇时间可以在院子里漫步享受加州阳光。房东人很热情，响应速度解决问题都特别快。屋子布置的比较温馨，床睡的比较舒服不是特软那种，睡着腰不酸。周围有两个大商圈，可以买到挺多东西的，离公路也近，开车也很方便。总体都还不错！

What a gem! We found the apartment to be super spacey and perfect for what we needed! The shared outdoor space was the best part about this property, with amazing pool and hot tub. Not to mention the plethora of free lemons and oranges from the tree’s in the garden. It definitely felt like a little oasis, and have always loved that are in Woodland Hills! I will say, if you are a slightly smaller person like me and my girlfriend (5”7 & 5”3”) the kitchen cabinets are very tall and take a little getting used to, but the little step ladder was perfect for reaching everything. Mathias was a great host and was always quick to respond and accommodate our needs! Would highly recommend.

Amazing location for easy access to everything you need. Also, there’s a new outdoor mall nearby with fabulous restaurants. Mathias was so kind and helpful. Loved the pool & spa!

This rental has a fabulous outdoor space that we enjoyed so much....the pool, the jacuzzi, the flowers and trees, the seating.....what a find! Inside, there was more space than we expected with plenty of sheets and towels and toiletries. The shower was great, too. The kitchenette worked out well for light meal preparation. And the location is fabulous....so many things within walking distance or a short drive. Mathias was always prompt and friendly with communication...great host!
