Enjoy this 4,000 sq ft Beaver Lake retreat is It is located on the lake, with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, dart board, lots of TV's, and access to the lake via neighborhood beach area. The large multi-level deck offers plenty of seating areas and amazing lake views. Spacious, open floor plan with large windows, several seating areas. Upstairs living room and large play room with TV and games downstairs. Work out room, 2 kitchens, 3 king size beds, Wi-Fi. Main living space: Spacious, living room with large windows. fireplace with a 70" Smart television. Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee bar, toaster, serving accessories, and everything you need to cook a great family meal. Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom with custom shower, and plenty of space. Work out room with stationary bike and yoga mats. Basement playroom: Includes a pool table, 70" Smart television, large sofa and seats. There is a 2nd kitchen downstairs as well. Please note this house is on the lake, but it is on a very steep slope and the access to the lake itself is also very steep depending on water levels. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. The home is great, well kept, and very spacious, plenty of room for a large family gathering. lot's of privacy for couples, plenty of space for the children and multi-floors makes it nice for the adults upstairs. The table games were a hit, and the decks offer a great view and good seating. Hector is a great host, and does his best to work with you, it was nice, would recommend for large family gatherings. Very clean, zero complaints from any of my guests.
Home was very well cared for even though the sleeping arrangements were not well suited to a large group. For a family outing this would not be an issue. The streets and available parking were the main issues. If the garage were available to use the parking would be better even though the slope on the driveway is dangerous.
House looked even better than in the photos and was accommodating for our group of 11. Neighborhood was nice and felt welcoming.
The house was beautiful, clean, & SPACIOUS. Plenty of room for our large group to spread out without bothering anyone. Double porches were huge, gorgeous view and hardly any nuisance bugs, impressive for a lake house at the end of July. Small issue with the front door code at check-in, but were able to get in touch with Hector right away to resolve it. Hector was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Two things to note: The driveway is extremely steep-probably a 45° angle, and kinda short. There is a short pull-in area at the front of the house that is level. Anyone with mobility concerns would definitely need to park there. The neighborhood road is narrow and curvy. We brought our Suburban towing a trailer with kayaks and it was very difficult to turn around on the road. The other thing to note is that the lake access is also very steep and risky to travel. We wanted to take the kayaks down, but there was no safe way to do it. We really enjoyed our stay!!!
amazing place! walls are super sound proof for the kiddos to sleep as well. views are even better than pics!! lots of rooms for big family's! host is great and very responsive. couldn't ask for more!
