It is also at the proximity of Mall of Asia Complex where you can marvel the famous Manila Bay sunset as well as enjoy a year round shopping, dining and world class entertainment. SMX Convention Center, SM Arena, IKEA and several BPO Centers are also in the neighborhood.

Good place to stay, a lot of convenience store and restaurants near the place.
We arrived at this property and they refused to let us check in to our room until we cancelled the booking we already paid for on air bnb and said they only take cash, when we said no, he told us we cant go to the room. We had to book a different hotel and lost out on money. They tried to scam us
Near MoA. Affordable.
The place was not yet ready when we checked in, we had to wait for more than an hour. No towels and other toiletries were provided as stated in the description but they immediately responded and provided us upon request. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.
