Our family of three felt right at home at John’s place. He was very responsive and flexible with our requests. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The place is walkable to Santa Monica beach and pier. There are lots of food options nearby. I chose this property for the onsite parking which was convenient, but was three levels down in the basement. There’s no good view from the place either, the balcony faces the back alley.

Great location in the heart of Santa Monica, walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, and the beach. Unit was clean and spacious. Great experience!

This was the perfect spot for me and my two kids. The apartment was exactly as described and was in a perfect location. The hosts thought of every little detail. It is about 5 blocks from the water and just a couple blocks from all the shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
