Enjoy everything Forster offers from this spacious two-storey beach house, near the stunning One Mile Beach. Forster Accommodation Centre, proudly presents to you: Minnibah Circuit Featuring multiple “break out” spaces, including a large backyard, covered outdoor area with BBQ and a studio with a pool table this home has everything you need for a memorable holiday. Enjoy the convenience of a newly renovated kitchen complete with dishwasher & microwave; and laundry appointed with washer & dryer. This home features Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable climate for all, all year round. Guests will love the high ceilings in the main living & dining area and the large windows that allow the natural light to fill every room. In addition to the main living areas, you’ll also find a second living area with TV and a playroom upstairs – what a haven for the littlies! The master bedroom features its own ensuite, balcony access and ceiling fan making it a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. In the main bathroom you’ll find a shower and toilet. With a double lockup garage and a large gated area with no height restriction – there is ample space to park your road and water vehicles. ** For those keen to walk to and from their daily activities, please consider the steep driveway, which may be challenging for some guests. Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom - 1 x Queen bed 2nd Bedroom –1 x Tri-bunk bed (Single bed over Double bed) 3rd Bedroom – 1 x Tri-bunk bed (Single bed over Double bed) 4th Bedroom – 1 x set Single bunk beds Max Guests: 10 - however for comfort, we recommend the 3 top bunks for children only. Nice, convenient and clean accommodation. Appreciate the pool table but definitely could do with an update/refurbish. Some baking trays would be helpful. Lawn was lush and soft with a spacious outdoor area. Overall, perfect for our purposes.

Beautiful place to stay, had everything we needed plus more, very comforting, just felt like staying at my own home

The place was very spacious, super big dining table and plenty of seating for bigger groups. Our kids loved the large backyard as they could play cricket and pool in the back shed. The house was well stocked for cooking and was nice and tidy. We loved that we could include our dogs in our stay too.

Although One Mile Beach is a quieter side of town, it offers stunning natural attractions galore and one of the friendliest seaside golf courses on the north coast.
At the northern end you’ll find Bennett's Head Lookout, offering 360 degree views from The Tanks, right down to Cape Hawke and One Mile Beach. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding. Plus there's a stretch of white sand where dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the waves, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating.
South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore.
One Mile Beach is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy the simple joys of nature, and the convenience of proximity to the CBD.
