This first floor flat is well-positioned right in the heart of Woodhall Spa. The bed is superking but looks as though it could be made into two decent sized twins if desired. We also made use of the sofa bed which was easy to put up and perfectly comfortable. There are 4 sets of everything (cutlery, plates, mugs) but no dishwasher; and equipment for basic cooking. It’s cosy and you have complete control of the level of heating. The owners responded immediately when we texted them for some information we couldn’t find in the otherwise informative hand book. You would find a stay here comfortable and convenient.

This my second stay at Lisa’s place. Stayed while working in the area. Place is well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Modern kitchen appliances; generously sized fridge/freezer (especially the freezer compartment — handy for longer stays). Had a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Lisa’s flat is a great place to stay and they are great hosts. Everything you need is there. Spacious one bedroom flat, great well equipped kitchen with dining area and good spacious lounge. Short walk to all amenities, bars and restaurants. A great location for exploring. We will be hopefully be back next year.
