My family (including two young children) and I spent 45 days at the apartment. It was a holiday of a life time for us, and this apartment was a dream come true to make our holiday just perfect. Everything about the apartment was exactly what we needed; the booking experience, communication with the host, the location near the beach, and the actual experience of living in the apartment, all made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for the perfect apartment to spend time at the beach in Sri Lanka. We hope to visit again next year!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator in the building) in an apartment building that is barely 3 minutes walk from the beach with nice beach restaurants. Our check-in was hassle free as the representative was waiting for us in arrival. He familiarized us with all the amenities in the house as well as in the vicinity of the building. The representative was very friendly and answered all our queries. The apartment was sparkling clean and the modern fittings etc were very impressive. The host was extremely responsive and handled each and every query with a lot of patience and care. We definitely recommend this place to all persons - suitable for families as well as groups of friends. The 2 bedrooms are sufficient for 2 adults each. The sofa in the living room is also wide and can easily accommodate 2 additional adults sleeping (if need be). The stay was comfortable and restful. Gratitude to the host for hosting such an amazing place. 🙏🏼

Beach Lavinia is a nice and comfortable place to stay without any hassle and certainly whatever your expectations are it won’t let you down.
