Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, aber ein sehr unprofessioneller Service. Zu Beginn wurden uns keine Check-in Details geschickt, nach einem Telefonat wurde dies dann aber freundlich nachgeholt. Generell waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Uns wurde ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen als ausgeschrieben, in dem bei unserer Ankunft noch sauber gemacht wurde. (Es war eine Stunde nach Beginn des Check-ins.) Als wir nach 20 Minuten warten rein konnten, kam unangekündigt anderes Personal mit Hilfe der Karte rein. Am letzten Tag kam ebenfalls das Putzpersonal vor Check-out Zeit ungefragt ins Zimmer mit der Karte. Das Appartement selbst war sauber und sogar besser, als das, welches wir eigentlich gebucht hatten. Wir würden wieder kommen. Diese Agentur ist jedoch nur etwas für flexible Menschen, die sich nicht zu schnell aufregen, wenn fremde Menschen ungefragt die Tür öffnen. Das Appartement ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Eiffelturm entfernt und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Helpful staff!! Very nice and clean place to stay! Upon arrival we were able to enter the first door, but using the virtual key for all other doors was new for us. We didn’t log into the WiFi while in the lobby so we literally couldn’t get past the lobby at first. EASY fix though!!! We called the number they listed for us and immediately they helped us get inside.

Having your phone as the key was kinda cool, never seen that before. Host sent clear instructions on how to get in, everything was smooth. It’s a very cute place. It’s did its job for us for only being there two nights and we spent most of the day exploring. Cute but very small but still has everything you need, kitchen and refrigerator! But absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING, They had 2 fans in there and luckily it’s the beginning of October so we cracked the window open and it was okaaaay but walking in mid day from a whole day of walking around coming into a hot room sucked. But ac isn’t common in Europe so I kinda get it. Lol but just warning if anyone’s gonna book in the summer. Location, it’s a 25 min walk to the Effiel tower but this place is far away from all the action. You’ll need to take a taxi everywhere from here but there’s a couple cute shops around. Not as many as the 4th and the 5th section. Bathroom is SMALL barely any room between legs and wall in front of you when u sit

Clean and new. In a nice central location, 5 minutes from the metro and 20min walk to the tower. Has everything you'd need for 2 people for a few nights in Paris.
