Excellent stay! The apartment is exactly as described and in a great location. Easy access by water taxi and close walk to everything.
un logement très agréable très bien situé et très calme
Très bon séjour chez Gabriele, l’appartement était niquel et silencieux tout en étant proche de la via garibaldi dans laquelle se trouve de nombreux bars et restaurants. Le logement est très bien situé et proche de la place saint Marc et de l’arrêt pour l’aéroport ou pour visiter les autres îles autour de Venise. Garbiele est très sympathique et très réactive aux besoins et demandes, également elle nous a fourni plusieurs indications de restaurants et de fonctionnement de la ville et des transports. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement si nous repassons sur Venise !
Perfect little apartment
Cosas positivas: La ubicación, está a 5-10 min andando de la plaza de San Marcos, muy cerquita del muelle. Es fácil de encontrar siguiendo las instrucciones de Gabriele a pesar de que Venecia es laberíntica. Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Tiene cocina. Gabriele es muy simpática y está dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Cosas negativas: La ubicación de la bañera, es bastante incómoda a la hora de ducharse. Al baño hay que entrar de lado ya que es bastante estrecho. Echamos en falta un microondas para calentar comida.

Hello, je m'appelle Gabriele, J'aime la famille, les amis, les langues, les voyages et l'art sous toutes ses formes. En cette période de l'après covid, j'ai désactivé la réservation instantanée de sorte à pouvoir prévoir un jour d'écart entre chaque réservation pour porter la plus grande attention à l'hygiène. Une attention extrême sera portée à la désinfection avant l'arrivée de chaque voyageur afin d'éradiquer toute possibilité de contamination par le covid19. Je souhaite vous protéger autant que je le fais pour moi.
