Absolutely great location. Beautiful sunrises and moon rises from anywhere upstairs. Centrally located to shopping centers as well. Great place!

My family and I had an amazing stay in Outer Banks during the 2023 Christmas holiday - and thanks to Seaside Vacation, everything went smoothly. Our oceanfront house was well designed - very spacious yet cozy with comfortable furnishings and great spaces - both for alone time and relaxation - as well as for family gatherings, dining and entertainment. You absolutely cannot beat the location - such a stunning view! We loved our stay and would definitely return! Great job, Seaside Vacations!

This is a great location and the house is very charming! You can't beat the easy access to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended.

Great house with beach access. Owners needs to address leaks and black mold on the top floor from those leaks.

We had a great stay here and we loved the house. It was a great value for the off-season and we even enjoyed some amazing weather (some stormy weather as well, but all good). I would gladly rent again, but I deducted a star for a few reasons. The check-in time is 5 PM and they informed us that if the cleaning took longer, we would have to wait and we wouldn’t be reimbursed for lost time. In my experiences, I’m not used to such a late check-in time (usually between 2-4) but they offered an earlier check-in time for an additional fee. Similarly, we had to checkout by 9 AM, which again is earlier than my experiences. Again, we could have checked in later for an additional fee. I understand their cleaning crews don’t know what to expect depending how people treat the houses, but for the house to be unavailable from at least 9-5, I just didn’t care for that. We also weren’t left with much in terms of paper towels and toilet paper, just a starter pack and some mostly-used rolls that were left. It felt a little nickel and dimed if I’m being honest, but it is what it is. We also learned on the final night that the dishwasher wouldn’t turn on, so we finished our night handwashing the dishes before calling it a night. That being said, we still enjoyed our experience and we would still recommend. Just note the check in and checkout times that those work for you.
