Lovely Property and Amenities. Very peaceful and quiet, just what we needed for a weekend of rest and relaxation. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff especially the cook Loreca who kept us well fed with her delicious meals!! Definitely looking forward to our next stay at Kotch Villa.

We were in Treasure Beach to celebrate my son’s birthday. He was staying in one of Jodi-Ann’s neighboring properties. Kotch was great, very spacious and with all the facilities and amenities we needed. Anne our house keeper was great, she really catered to us. Ricardo, the property manager made us feel at home and he catered to our needs transporting food and beverages between homes as needed. What fantastic service. What a beautiful sunset from the patio. The plunge pool was good ( maybe a little too deep for the non swimmers). The sound of the crashing sea waves put you to sleep and you wake up looking straight t the sea from your bed. We felt safe with security on the property at nights. I do recommend Jodi-Anne’s Place Kotch.

The best place to stay in Treasure Beach!! We had originally booked a villa nearby (Villa Optima) which was horrible. We quickly had to find a place and we rebooked KOTCH. Although late in the evening, Jodi was SO HELPFUL and accepted our booking. She is truly a First-Class HOST who really understands hosting and the needs of visitors! At that late hour she organized staff to quickly get the place ready. It was SO clean, and the amenities were all there and worked perfectly! The staff of Ricardo John and Traci (and Francine?) are.... simply the best with smiles galore! The location of KOTCH is perfect, and the waves will put you to sleep. IF you ever need a place to stay in Treasure Beach - you can definitely count on this host and this villa - you will NOT be disappointed. Our gratitude to Jodi and the KOTCH team who saved our vacation!! The kids were able to have a really great time and I was able to relax and recharge :) #GreatMemoriesMade

It's probably one of the best places I have ever stayed and I have stayed in maaaany places. The accommodation, the location, the chef, caretaker and guest mgmt were incredible. Could not recommend more! Coming back for sure!!!
