The place is great. Used the Gym and pool, though the pool could be cleaner. Highly recommend the place.

Place is easy to check in and all instructions were very clear. The place was exactly like what the host describes. Nice view in the morning & night. Everything was great, but maybe anti slip mats in the bathroom would be a nice touch.

Overall great stay 5 stars! The host responds to our need and issues promptly. Walking distance to island plaza, bus 101 that goes to George Town is just 3 min walking distance. Bed was super comfy, linen is king coil brand that shows quality. Sofa was okay, kitchen was 5 stars for simple dish. Big fridge, we can put our medication without worries. Stove was working perfectly with many kitchen utensils. Washing machine and drier were working fine. Hot water has no issues. Overall, a pleasant stay and the amenities provided were working well. I even extended my stay for 3 days!

We originally booked a 4-night stay from 3/01 to 3/05, but we only stayed for one night and moved out on Saturday, March 2, because the living quality of this room was so bad! It is very different from the photos they posted! Many places are poorly maintained, and there is a faint musty smell as soon as you open the door. First, the bathroom, the water from the washstand will flow directly from the cabinet below to the floor. The curtains in the shower room are shabby and even moldy. There is no shampoo or shower gel, and the shower towel only has One and it has been used for a long time and yellowed; the entire bathroom makes people feel afraid to use it! Second, the bed for sleeping, there is no bedside lamp as shown in the photo. The sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases can also be seen to be yellowed and dirty. It seemed that it had not been cleaned or was washed casually. After sleeping for one night, we felt itchy all over our body, so we had to move out of immediately.

Great staff! Good pool for laps. Supermarket across street...very convenient. Building and unit somewhat run down. Kitchenette supplies VERY limited. Balcony table and chair need replacement...second chair would be good. Elevator waits are very long. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you!
