1. El apartamento presenta varios problemas significativos. Primero, la entrada a través de un restaurante muy incómoda, especialmente con maletas grandes y al tener que subir cuatro pisos por escaleras estrechas sin ayuda disponible. 2. Además, el personal de limpieza mostró insistencia en conocer mi código de ingreso, a pesar de mi negativa a permitirles entrar. Esto me llevó a cambiar la clave por seguridad. 3. Una vez dentro, descubrí que la puerta trasera no podía asegurarse y carecía de cortinas, lo que comprometía mi privacidad. 4. Las sábanas estaban limpias, pero el cobertor no lo estaba, y la alfombra estaba sucia, con rastros de comida y tierra. 5. El baño emitía un fuerte olor a cañerías sucias, y encontré cucarachas dentro y fuera del departamento. 6. Además, la falta de seguridad se hizo evidente cuando mi esposo se encontró con un indigente tratando de entrar al recinto a altas horas de la noche. Estas condiciones hacen que no recomiende este lugar en absoluto

The standout for us was the outdoor space with a view of the park. Technically it is a shared space but no one was staying in the other units so we had the place to ourselves. Great place to enjoy a glass of wine from. The room was just like the pix, the water pressure was good and the water was hot, the bed was comfortable (but it’s a platform bed and is low to the ground) The best part is that it’s fully serviced with housekeeping and they’ll do your laundry if asked. (They won’t tell you a price- so please tip them well) The only downside is that it’s up 5 flights of spiral stairs- so if you have mobility issues-you might want to look for something with easier access. Overall, this place is a gem!

We had a wonderful four night stay. The apartment is bright and open with a lot of windows. The bed is very comfortable. The best surprise was the outdoor patio with very comfortable furniture. Entering and exiting through the restaurant was never an issue, kind of fun actually. Three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. We enjoyed the complimentary light breakfast downstairs every morning. Some nice touches such as a great filter for drinking water. It also includes daily cleaning service and laundry service if desired. Oh, and being across from Parque Mexico and easy walking distance to Condesa and Roma Norte made for a perfect location.

Perfect location! Bathroom set up was not ideal. Shower didn’t have a proper door so everything would get a little wet during showers. Other than that, loved the place. Location was ideal and host was great! Would love to return!
