Centered around a sparkling courtyard heated swimming pool, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home radiates soul with every detail of the design considered. The open plan living/dining area with wood fire and professionally equipped kitchen opens to the spacious deck with outdoor dining/BBQ and sun loungers set around the pool. There are two double bedrooms and and two full bathrooms in the main house with the third double bedroom and third full bathroom in the self contained studio.

We've stayed here twice now and we absolutely love it. It's a short walk to the village for afternoon ice creams and / or dinner. The pool is fabulous - the kids love it and we always have a very relaxing time. Would highly recommend staying and Elizabeth is super helpful and friendly!
We had a wonderful stay at Blackpool Boathouse. The house is well designed and perfectly set up for a family group. It had everything we needed including a really well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for the pool and spa, and comfortable beds. We also appreciated our request to accommodate a late check out. Walking distance to Oneroa and Little Oneroa. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Blackpool Boathouse. The pool was fantastic and very well maintained, house was beautiful and in the perfect location. We loved that the property was fully fenced so the children could play without us worrying about them. Elizabeth was great to deal with especially when we left an item behind. We would definitely come back!

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Blackpool Boathouse is a premier property in a perfect location to explore the island, relax and forget the world!
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy on street parking at the property.
