We stayed here with two couples and three children under 5. The house was very nice, looked like the photos. The pool was beautiful an incredible infiniti pool looking over the ocean. Being right on the beach was amazing for the kids. It was also quiet so we felt like we had the complex to ourselves, which was great compared to a resort where you're fighting for seats. The CrocoCun zoo up the street was fun, and we went to Jungala one day that we highly recommend. We went into Puerto Morelos every night for dinner which was perfect, lots of restaurants, but not too crowded, parking was easy. There's a Super Chadraui within a 10 minute drive so we stocked the house. Car is essential. Other reviewers are accurate that supplies are very limited in the house - they do provide bottled water, but there was no dish soap, no shampoo, no coffee, none of the essentials. It's annoying to do dishes in the small sink, so we didn't cook big meals. Overall value for money felt very high.

Lovely clean villa with the minimum amenities. Place looked like it was right out of a showroom with all the decorative, but not useful, decor. The property is sandwiched in between two large inclusive resorts. Very noisy all day and well into the night. Off the beaten path so really needed a car to get anywhere. Some units had bicycles, loungers, several pool floats which would have been a nice touch. The pool, grounds, and ocean were spectacular. This is a middle unit so no view from bottom floor. The bottled water was most appreciated as well as a few spices and oil. AC was a plus as it can get very warm particularly upstairs. Bring EVERYTHING or go to Costco in Cancun. We bought extra paper towels, dish and hand soap and a couple of hand towels for the bathrooms. Did have enough TP! Owners very responsive. Onsite caretaker terrific. Nice vacation but will not stay here again.

Overall, we had a great trip. The pool was heated, beach was lovely, and the villa was clean. It was pretty far from town, it’s called beach front but is 3 villas back from the beach, a very loud wedding venue is next door and music lasted until 2am, scaring my 6 yo and interrupting all of our sleep. And frustratingly, Susana stopped responding to my communication after the first couple days. When we asked for water she did send it over, but never responded as to whether that was actually happening. No response for assistance with contacting our shuttle company or for request for a 1 hr late check out. To be fair, she was really helpful with communication before our arrival. Overall, it was a good experience, but a few things weren’t great.

This beautiful, large home is a great location for the family traveling together with a vehicle to get around. The host was very responsive and helped us set up an affordable yacht excursion in Cancun and a great cooking class for the family in the home. There were small problems with the ac and water that were handled immediately by the on property maintenance crew. They even provided a beautiful Christmas tree inside and outdoor holiday decorations. The shared pool was spectacular, and though there were others sharing the space, it never felt crowded. The biggest challenge we had was supervising the one year old traveling with us as he repeatedly climbed the marble staircase. It should be noted the only downstairs bedroom is a bunk bed, so limited mobility travelers be advised. A wonderful time was had by all.
