Great stay! As advertised. Clean and spacious. No issues. Lots of nice touches like personal amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, soaps and shampoos, coffee, apples, snacks, etc). Thank you!

The Veranda felt like a home away from home, combining historic charm, modern updates, southern hospitality, and plenty of space for the five of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the open floor plan made socializing a breeze. Speaking of breezes, the comfortably equipped backyard and second floor patios offered a perfect place to relax outdoors. Extra touches like fruit in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, and throw blankets on the covered porch made a difference, too. Be sure and avail yourself of the excellent recommendations in their guest manual. The only downsides were the neighborhood seemed in the early stages of revitalization and the lone restroom upstairs (where the bedrooms were) was inside the primary bedroom. Even still, I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here and can't wait to come back! This house is a bit older, but we loved that each part of the house has something to tell, such great character. There was plenty of room for everyone. Check in and check out was easy, and there were not a lot of requirements for checking out (example taking the bedding off, taking care of laundry, running dishwasher) very easy! One thing to keep in mind is the bathroom upstairs is located in the master bedroom, which was great, and our group was fine with it, but if you have a group that doesn't like sharing you will need to go downstairs to the main floor. I definitely wouldn't let that stop you! We just loved the space and the location of the house. Not far from downtown, and a great location to go on the bourbon trail.

Great, historic home with lots of space. Really nice outdoor space and the location is good, as it is very close to downtown Louisville and a number of Bourbon distilleries.

Great home base near downtown. Located very close to highway. Place was very clean and well kept. Very cool older home
