Stayed here with a group of friends for the Derby and it was exactly what we were looking for. The place is just big enough for us and we felt comfortable in the common areas and the deck outside was great for hanging out during the day/night Beds were comfortable and the bedding was good - pillows also were very comfortable. It is next to a bar that had live music till around 11 - this wasn’t an issue for us but just something to know. The host was super accommodating and friendly and was super easy to work with It is in a great area of New Albany and was walking distance to coffee/restaurants - it’s the only house in the area so it felt private until the evening when people would park on the street for the bars/restaurants the area Overall we really enjoyed this property and would absolutely re-book in the future

We stayed for 3 nights on a mother and daughter shopping trip. This place was perfect! Super clean, comfortable, spacious and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee and candy. Everything was super clean, beds comfortable, great water pressure, modern and cute. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. :) Julia was a wonderful and responsive host!

This place was a perfect spot for a weekend. Easily accessible to local restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Julia was easy to get ahold of when needed. The house is fantastically furnished with a musical theme. Not too much outside noise. (It's located by a brewery so of course SOME foot traffic. Could see how in warmer months may have more noise pollution.) I had zero problems with the place and would definitely stay again.
