The place was spotless! Very clean and comfortable! The location is excellent and close to a lot of restaurants and you are literally steps from the beach. Ivan was responsive when we needed help and I appreciate that. Airport is like 6 minutes away!

This place was absolutely amazing. Location is the number one reason to book. The apt is in the ESJ Tower so if you are searching for a name that's what you look for. Once you pass the gate there is someone outside by the main doors and thats who will guide you to the entrance of the underground parking garage to find your spot to park. We loved that the beach was right at our feet and you can get back into the apt until 7pm when the guard closes the door. The beach was gorgoeus, there was a really good vendor set up by the palm trees selling cold drinks and lunch food like burgers, chicken quesadillas, hot dogs, etc. Cash only. This way you could relax in the beach all day. Walking distance you have great restaurants as well, also a coffe/breakfast shop in the lobby. The apt itself was very comfortable, great AC, lots of fluffy towels for our family of 4, good water pressure and temp in the shower. We loved it here and would come back anytime. Thanks Ivan.

Great location, extremely clean, perfect size for family of 4! We absolutely enjoyed the stay here. Ivan was very responsive throughout the stay too though we didn’t have much to ask for any help. The cafe on the ground floor was very cute and nice to just grab a quick coffee and breakfast when in hurry as well. It was very pleasant stay!!

Ivan was very responsive throughout my entire encounter up to the stay. This trip was a surprise birthday trip for my 16 year old son. Ivan had decorations up and had a cake waiting for him, My son loved the surprise. Ivan gave clear instructions on how to enter the property and what to expect upon arrival. Any minor issues or changes were resolved immediately nothing major. Air conditioning was crazy cold you only need to run one to cool entire apartment. Balcony was a great option you could relax and the grocery store (Pueblo) was only a 10 minute walk which I loved and 24 hours. I cooked for my kids daily so we enjoyed family meals. Airport was only a 10 min ride if that and local restaurants were within walking distance. LaPlacita 10 min ride in Uber from location as well. Perfect location to all waterfront sports as well and don’t forget direct BEACH ACCESS literally down to main floor and out the back gate to beach AWESOME AREA LITERALLY LOVED IT. Ivan has a hidden gem.
