The location of the place is wonderful, super close to the beach and bars, stores, restaurants. Favorite feature is a balcony! We enjoyed our stay and would come back again :)

The property was okay. A lot of the recess lights were hanging out of the holes. I had to get one of my friends to push the lights back in since they were over the bed and I didn’t want anything crawling out of the ceiling while sleeping. The hallway bathroom ceiling has mold on it due to no ventilation in the bathroom. The mattresses where certainly cheap and the one in the master had a huge dip in it. I was not fond of the host and his level of service when speaking to guests. The experience went downhill for me when finding out about the deposit that is lying deep in the property rules section. Which I typically don’t read being that majority of the time it’s referring to large groups and partying. Most air bnb’s disclose the deposit fee, upfront where you can see it in the description. Nevertheless my lack of reading, the way Ricardo addressed me being unaware of the deposit, it was extremely sarcastic and rude.

Ricardo’s place was clean and tidy. Self check in was easy and convenient. Location of the condo is great ! Direct access to the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, and is within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and convenience stores. I had an issue with internet connection however Ricardo was attentive and tried his best to resolve it. Thankful to have found an affordable yet accessible place to stay for my weekend getaway.

Ricardo is an amazing host. When you stay here you won’t have anything to worry about. Everything is updated and is very beautiful. I had such a wonderful time. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend to travelers who are looking for a great spot to stay in San Juan / Carolina area.
