We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home, a short walk from all the fun, restaurants, and shops of Nevada City. It was spotless, well appointed, and squeaky clean with comfortable beds. Our host was so helpful with great check in instructions. We would visit again for sure!

Wonderful place to stay while attending an event in Nevada City. Ione's home was walkable to the lovely downtown area. It was very safe to walk at night. There are also areas to take a long walk to take the in beautiful surroundings.

Ione's airbnb is a very welcoming place. I felt right at home and just loved it. It was so quiet I didn't need my earplugs or sound machine! It was easy to communicate with Ione, and she was prompt with her replies. She keeps the home extremely clean, and yet was very gracious about a stain that I got on her beautiful white tablecloth. She thanked me for letting her know and it made my stay all the more precious. Thank you, Ione. I hope I can come back one day. - Anne

This was such a peaceful place to stay in Nevada City. Although it was pretty rainy, we were so close/ walking distance to downtown and some great walking/ hiking trails and took advantage of any dry time in the weather. Ione left a binder with all the instructions needed and communicated very well. We absolutely loved the bathroom and the heated toilet. We cooked most of our meals at the house and it was stocked with all the essentials except no microwave so plan to reheat your food on the stove. I would suggest to bring paper towels for clean up although she provides towels, most of them were white tea towels so we felt bad using them for clean up. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
