I read a few negative comments about this villa,but I suppose you can't keep everyone happy, but me my wife & 3 grown son's found it fantastic,can't wait to go back, clean modern & great location, i found it hard to put any negatives, it at a push the only one thing I didn't like was all the cameras, felt a little like being in big brother house,

Had a great stay at the villa. Very responsive hosts. Great location very close to the beach and villa was is in a superb condition. 10/10!

Great location really central, shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Spacious villa and very family friendly, the pool had child guards/gates around it and there were stair gates which was great with our toddler, the lift also came in handy. Property got the sun all day and was lovely clean. Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit tired but overall a great stay.

We’ve just returned from a week’s family holiday and we really enjoyed it. Pros: House is large, modern and spacious. With lots of suitcases, travel cots etc, the lift inside is v helpful! The pool is great and v safe with the option of a fence which we needed with 4 small children. It is heated but wasn’t very warm initially but they sorted this fairly quickly and within a day or two it was lovely. House feels very private despite being in the middle of playa del duque. Nice outdoor dining space + awnings to keep out of the sun if needed. location is brilliant & we didn’t need a car with everything very walkable. We wanted to go to a slightly larger supermarket (Mercadona) so we got an Uber as it’s too far to walk but it’s close by car Cons: For the price ought to have a few basics in the kitchen: salt, oil, pepper and frankly with a large group arriving more toilet paper Initially. Towels & bed linen need updating, master bed sheets came off every night as too small

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, lots of space for the 9 of us. The apartment is child friendly and we were able to relax and chill out
