Welcome to our gorgeous Grade 2 Listed Manor House on the loveliest street in Selsey, suitable for up to 12 guests plus infants, and dog proof garden. Only 5mins walk to the beach on the beautiful West Sussex coast, it is ideal for family reunions, dinner parties or seaside summer holidays. We look forward to hearing from you. We offer 5 bedrooms that sleeps 12 guests plus infants. We provide 2x king beds, 2x double beds, 3x single beds, and 1x single sofa bed. We also have three cot beds for 2-3yrs. • GARDEN & PATIO. There's a stunning garden for picnics, games and for dogs to run around in without worry of them escaping. We offer garden tables and chairs and the use of our BBQ May - September. • HALLWAY. You enter our house through the back porch and into a hallway with 200yr old flagstones from Selsey's original church. This leads to the downstairs toilet, the lounge, a hallway to the rest of the house and finally the giant kitchen / diner. • KITCHEN/DINER. This is perfect for dinner parties with a lovely wooden table and benches for 12 providing a communal feel. • LOUNGE. The huge lounge has four comfy sofas to relax in plus a giant HDTV. • BEDROOM 1. This is upstairs to the right overlooking the front garden. It has a king size bed and one of our cot beds can be set up in here for a 2/3yr toddler. There is also room for you to bring up to two travel cots for infants. If you bring 13 guests, we can set up a full size camp bed in here. • BEDROOM 2. Same as Bedroom 1 but to the left. • BEDROOM 3. At the top of the stairs, this bedroom has a double bed. There is also a comfy single sofa bed that will be prepared for you if booked OR one of our cot beds for a 2/3yr toddler can be set up in here, or a travel cot you bring for an infant. • BEDROOM 4. This has a comfy double bed with two single mattresses, that can be configured as a single or double bed. It is suitable for 1 or 2 adults or children. If you would like two single duvets on this for children, please let us know in advance. There is also room here for you to bring a travel cot for an infant if you just use the bed in the single mode. This is a good room for parents with their children next door in Bedroom 5, as these two rooms are self contained and right next to Bathroom 2, with a door that can turn these two bedrooms and bathroom into a separate mini apartment, perfect for a family with young children whom they would like have them rested whilst everyone else carries on! • BEDROOM 5. This is accessed via Bedroom 5. This has a full size wooden bunkbed and a fullsize single wooden bed, suitable for 3 adults or children. One of our cot beds for a 2/3yr toddler can be set up in here, or a travel cot you bring for an infant, but will block access to the wardrobe. • WC. This is by the back door and has a sink and a toilet. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also kept in here. • BATHROOM 1. The main bathroom is at the top of the stairs and has a bath, a separate power shower, a sink and a toilet, with a beautiful view over the fields with the sea in the distance. The baby bath is kept under the sink. • BATHROOM 2. This bathroom is next to Bedrooms 4&5 and has a bath with a ceiling shower inside, a sink and a toilet. • TODDLERS 2yrs+. We provide 3 large travel cots and provide all the linen your toddlers need. • INFANTS 0-2yrs. As AirBnB allows you to bring infants under 2yrs for free, please bring your own travel cots and linen. We provide one highchair, two changing mats and one baby bath. • TOYS/BOOKS etc. We offer lots of childrens books, toys, puzzles, dolls, tea party sets and plastic train sets stored in Bedroom 3.
