Work got cancelled didn’t get down lost £980 they wouldn’t give anything back and kept Smithy up to date with what was happening been off work for a yr booked this as there was a job down Kent so I could get back on my feet borrowed money to book accommodation asked for £400 out of the £940 I think they declined and then declined to give any money back sound like lovely peaple thanks been a fantastically S**T experience.

The Smithy is a beautiful and thoughtfully appointed cottage in a secluded and quiet village. We loved how clean it was and how the owners had thought of everything we might need - including laying out a fire in the stove for the chilly evenings. Truly an exceptional place to stay in the Kent Downs.
