Myself and two others stayed here whilst doing a training course for our university degree. The host was welcoming and came to meet us upon arrival. The host also checked in with us in the evening of the second day to ensure we settled in well and had everything we need. The host also met us when leaving to ensure we had a good stay. The cottage was lovely and well maintained. We were able to walk around the grounds and there was entertainment for us when we had some down time. The host left a gift basket for us with some treats for our stay. Although the cottage was a little tricky to find at first the host did leave some very helpful instructions which allowed us to find it with ease. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for a few nights!

The Lodge is a beautifully converted old farm building. It’s perfect for four people. Cozy & warm, very clean & well appointed. The owner lives nearby & is very nice & helpful.

We were very late getting to the accommodation because of a broken down horse box on the M25 which stopped us for two hours. We contacted Julie to let her know we would be really late. She was very concerned, attentive and very kindly welcomed us when we did arrive. Julie was very friendly. The Lodge was warm, cosy and peaceful with a beautiful welcome basket. Just what we needed. My daughter and I had a really great stay and Julie checked to make sure that everything was ok for us. A really good host.
