Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The house is absolutely perfect, from the views to the hot tub out back. The beds are comfy and the house is very homey. The hosts are also super friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations and were super responsive. I would 100% recommend this house to anybody that wants to go to Moab but wants to stay away from the tourists in town. The location of the house is more than you could ask for. 15min south of everything and secluded enough to not hear any traffic. We had an absolute blast during our stay and we will definitely be back!

The house was as stated in the description and pictures. Overall, it was a good stay, with a great location to access the restaurants and parks near Moab! The house was clean and felt homey!

The place was interesting with the HVAC in every room. We had a couple issues that were quickly addressed by Andria. It was out of town, so you don't have to deal with traffic, unless you want to. It has a great view of the La Sal Mountains. We saw the snow in the mountains increase after a day of rain in the valley. We definitely recommend the place.

Great house, right outside of Moab! Really nice kitchen and we loved the large rec room upstairs.
