Want to get away and relax in nature…try Tandamuki. Super clean and well kept with everything you need and more. Loved sitting on the porch and waiting to spot a mob of Roos. The birds sang beautifully. We cooked on the bbq and star gazed after visiting some local cellar doors. Breakfast provisions provided the energy we needed for hiking the Pinnacles. Besides the cottage my fav experience was the grazing board at The Grampians Olive Company & touring the wine caves at Seppelt. Already thinking about coming back on the next Melbourne Cup holiday.

Thank you so much Barry & Toni… Tandamuki cottage exceeded our expectations… stunning views, clean, comfortable, well furnished , peaceful and especially appreciated the “special “ touches like the fresh flowers , well stocked Kitchen , plenty of toilet paper…. Open fire & reverse cycle air con !… The local pub was a pleasant bush walk away & did a reasonable meal there and it was enjoyable to see the abundant wildlife…. One of the best Airbnbs really …everything was thought of! Rhonda & Suzanne

The property is located centrally within walking distance of the main part of Moonambel, yet peacefully tucked away so it feels like it’s just you, the vines and the mountains! It’s a stunning property. The cottage itself is self contained and private (situated separately but a short distance from the main residence, yet orientated in a way that gives you complete privacy). It has everything you need, a nice shower and even brekkie provisions. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the large decks, soaking up the winter sun, listening to the bird song and looking out over the vines and mountains. There is a great winery that does dinner just down the road, plenty of gravel tracks nearby for exploring, a tonne of wineries, etc. would definitely return for further visits.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Barry's cottage. The setting was beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed. We really appreciated the generous breakfast provisions and the fire being ready to light. The cottage was spotless and we were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

From the moment that we stopped the car, we knew that we were going to love Tandamuki. The views, the birds and animals, the warmth, the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, the enticing beds, the shower with a view, the fire built perfectly so that it kicked off with just one match, the ultra cleanliness, the fact that everything was so neatly and perfectly laid out. Our kind of place? You betcha! We strolled around the property, admiring the views, then walked into town for the Tourist Walk and along Anzac Avenue. We even had fun racing back to the warmth of the cottage as the rain started coming down (then sheltering under a large tree as a passing hail storm hit). We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed chat with Barry - he was a friendly and gracious host. In fact, we loved everything about the place - and will definitely be back (we've seen the frosty beauty of Winter - but reckon Spring and Autumn will have their own magical look too).
