This house is very nice, with a beautiful location and a fantastic view of the water north of Bar Harbor. I would definitely return there again to enjoy a quiet breakfast on the screened porch while watching lobster boats collect their catch!

Beautiful location, only a 45 minute drive from the national park. We loved being right on the water, too. Simple but lovely house.

Wonderful location. The upstairs bath is a little odd so we used the larger downstairs bath. Really enjoyed the light of the space and very comfy furniture.

Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet location right on the water! Seating areas were outstanding, with plenty of comfortable seating inside, a nice screened-in porch, and seats at outside fire pit overlooking the bay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Dishwasher did not seem to get the dishes fully clean, so maybe needs some maintenance. Main bathroom was very small but usable. Downstairs area was nice and roomy including a large bathroom but was quite musty. Having a washer and drier was really nice. Overall the fit and finish of cabinets, doors, locks, and windows were lacking and could be easily improved - not a big deal but leaves an impression of not being well maintained. In summary, the location and amenities were great, the main bathroom was a bit cramped and the downstairs was musty. We would come again.

The location and views were excellent. Unfortunately the house was not a good fit for our group….85 yr old mother, 60 year olds. The 3rd bedroom was in the basement down, steep, narrow stairs and there was a very noticeable musty smell, which did get better with time. The upstairs bathroom is very tight. The downstairs bathroom is large and airy. Our mother had to walk around outside the house to use the shower downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms were nice.
