Meander through the pines and feel the joy as you arrive at our little slice of heaven that’s ocean front with gorgeous views of Mt. Desert Island. The home is comfortable with a light airy coastal vibe with all the things for a comfortable vacation including a full house generator & a fully stocked kitchen. It also has a 1 bedroom cottage connected via a breezeway that can also be rented for an extra nightly charge. It’s possible the guest house may be rented to others during your stay. Please review the photos for additional details of the space. Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor, has a king-size bed with a new mattress March 2024 and a crib. Bedroom 2, on the second floor, includes a king bed, a balcony overlooking the back of the property with two rocking chairs, and a bathroom with a bathtub (not a shower); however, there is a shower in the bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor features a shower (not a tub). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including spices, cooking oil, sugar, flour, etc. The finished basement has a comfortable, spacious living area that also includes a full and a twin-size bed. The third bedroom, located in the basement, has an egress window and a full bed that includes a new mattress as of March 2024. Extra items that provide peace of mind during your vacation include a new furnace, water heater, pressure tank, dishwasher, and a whole house generator. There are new steps for access to the shoreline and camp chairs in the shed on the hill if you'd like to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. There's also a basketball hoop, kayaks, bikes as well as other outdoor games in the shed on the hill.
