The house is beautiful with an amazing view facing the beach. Easy access to the beach. Very clean house on arrival, no issues getting in and out the house. Located in an area around good food and fun bars if that’s what you’re into. Owners were quick to response. Will rent this house again!

The beach house faces the beach. It was beautiful and spacious. The place was very clean and had great furnishes and finishes. Host was pretty responsive for the most part, but you could tell it’s a commercial business so you won’t get the quickest response. Some things that might need improvement on: 1. The AC was not the best. The last night - one of the rooms literally lost air and it was incredibly hot. Bottom floor couldn’t really hold air either. 2. Water pressure wasn’t the best. Last day, literally water was dripping. Granted, the host did mention a little bit about these two things happening. We also rented another beach house down the street, and the water pressure wasn’t working well either. So I’m guessing it’s probably due to the location. Not sure. If those two things aren’t a big deal to you, I think you’ll really like it there. Very spacious and clean place right in front of the beach.

The place was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and games. Screened it patio was a plus to avoid the bugs (which were terrible). Host was very responsive. However, there was much to be desired during our stay. The split level floor plan was a huge disappointment, as our family was very separated. The outside of the building needed a good amount of attention and maintenance. We saw 5 rats & mice during our stay inside the downstairs covered patio and running across the stair entrance to get upstairs this was rather unsettling with the rattlesnakes presences being so high in the area we could not comfortably allow our older children outside without constant supervision after seeing two snakes. Maintenance had two be called out twice within the first day, for 3 separate issues (none of which were fixed). Please note the water can not be drank, but in addition the smell it produces for showering and washing dishes was horrible leaving all of us feeling very unclean the entire stay.
