Monica was a great host. Her and her family were extremely nice and helpful. the location is about 5 to minute drive away from town center. taxi is better. walking is near impossible . however, it was a very good experience

Monica’s listing was wonderful! Cute spot, loved the decor, felt much more spacious than the pictures. Perfect for 2. Monica was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations, some were even walkable. The souvenir shop was lovely and very affordable! Highly recommend! :)

Monica and her parents are phenomenal hosts and amazingly kind people. The Rosewood cottage was a great place to stay. It was spotlessly clean. The KING bed was one of the largest we have ever seen and it was the BEST bed we have had in Costa Rica. Her father gave us a private tour of his incredible garden that he himself planted some 20 years ago and maintains today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and this family! The cottage is located near the Monteverde Reserve and many activities. Very conveniently located and they sell fabulous wood crafts made by Licho, Monica's father. We purchased quite a few as gifts for friends and relatives. THANK YOU so much. Hasta la vista familia!

This is a really nice little house outside the city with big windows and a nice garden with lots of birds. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there are even spices and oil if you want to cook something. The bed had the best mattress I have slept on in Costa Rica. Monica was very friendly and communicating with her was super easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Thanks to Mónica for the great communication via text message and to her lovely parents for their warm welcome. The airbnb was perfect for us. It has a great view, a lot of tranquility and a lot of space for 2. Although we could hear some cars passing by during the night, they thought of everything and put ear plugs on the nightstands. Their dog Zuma was always really happy to see us but wasn’t bothering at all. The wifi is also really good !
