Ricardo is a great host. Very personable and friendly, he's meticulous about cleaning and organization. The house is in a great location for Hollister, everything is a short drive away. The photos are just as you'll find his place. I stayed a month and am very happy with the results. I would gladly go again should the need arise.

Beautiful new property with high end furnishings. I had a private bath which was awesome. For travel nurses this property is 50 minutes from Gilroy on a good day. Extremely clean property. As noted in the advertisement, make sure you take off your shoes as there is new carpet. The off street parking is very convenient and safe if you are worried about your auto. Coffee pot amenities in the kitchen with energy conservation requirements unplugging the pot when done, clean, and stow away. Kitchen bar table for conversing and your private seat is the one without the table mat. Private bath is luxurious and immaculately kept with fecal audible rectal titillation aroma spray for convenience. The glass enclosure is spot free and a provided squeegee is recommended to keep the pristine environment. There are no black out curtains if you are a day sleeper and the heat of the day requires keeping the windows open for ventilation which of course disrupts sleeping during the day. The owner typically works 0600-2000 M-F so there is ample time to decompress from a hard day of work. GREAT price for the experience.
