I would suggest to communicate directly with the host not with the person assigned by the host. It would take time to reply. But overall experience, it was perfect. The location is the best. It is across Ayala Mall, so everything is just within your reach. Seafood Restaurants are also sprawling in the area. Wala akong reklamo except for the assigned person for us to communicate.

The moment we entered the room, we are greeted with noxious smell/most likely gas leaking from under the sink. I immediately opened the windows and stayed there. I notified Kathleen and she sent her assistant to assess. The worker came and pour chemical to the sink but the smell persists. I notified Air BnB. I did not sleep the whole night and set near the open window for the odor is suffocating
