Great location, right next to TSV and the lift. Layout is a bit weird and one of the rooms extremely small and uncomfortable. Dated bathrooms. Ok deal.
The location is great but other than that, this place is overpriced and not maintained. Water stains are in ceiling from previous substantial leak. Carpet is old and stained. Light switches (decora) are poorly fitted everywhere. I should have rented two hotel rooms for what this place cost and everything looks 20 years old (mirrored headboard, cheap old furniture). There were signs everywhere that stated a parking pass was required but never found one and wasn’t towed. The idea that they expect you to haul off three days of trash is absurd. Place feels more like a college apartment than a $600/night bnb. Only thing that has been updated appears to be the solid surface countertops and the kitchen appliances. There was food left behind in the freezer but the ice machine doesn’t work. The place was painted by a blind person as there are over spray on the beams and trim. Management company is cold and mechanical but responsive.
Very convenient location at base of Taos Ski Valley. Nice condo with 2 bedrooms plus a loft above the living area. Rustic and a little bit older, but very functional. This unit is upstairs, spread over 3 levels. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive to questions and requests. (Not the fault of the host but I wish the parking lot and nearby roads could be paved…pretty bumpy and muddy while we were there. Bring hiking boots!)
