Our stay at the Hanson House was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful stay. Very responsive hosts. I definitely recommend.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, then this is the place.. Very pretty property with a clean cut yard and clean pond.. The first floor has been nicely renovated but the upstairs still portrays the days of times gone by. I love older homes and would definitely stay here again.. Great communication from Joe. He was prompt with his responses and accommodating.. Note: They DO have a portable A/C unit on the second floor.🧡

Gorgeous property! We loved being sung to sleep by the bullfrogs in the bullfrog pond, fishing for bluegill and small-mouthed bass in the big pond, and finding tons of fossils on “fossil island.” So much diversity of life all in one backyard!
